Mr. Naveen Reddy P is a commerce graduate and a Fellow Chartered Accountant, having qualified in 2011. He is one of the founder member of the firm. He has significant experience in Manufacturing ,Constructions, & Software Companies. He has vast experience in conducting Management/Internal Audits. He has also gained significant experience in due-diligence studies, handling company law matters, project feasibility studies and Accounting Matters as per Indian as well as International Accounting Guidelines. Some of the other primary issues handled are Sales Tax, Certifications etc.
Mr. Lokesh CV is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate. He looks after the International Taxation practice of the firm. He has vast experience in the field of transfer pricing and international taxation.
Mrs. Anitha Jakkireddy was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2012 . she has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium sized Companies, carrying out Bank Audits and providing services in the field of accounts, Income Tax & Company Law matters. She has experience of over 7 years.
Mr. Sridhar Dubbaka has over 3 Years working experience in the field of Audit, preparation and finalisation of Balance Sheets as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act. And possesses vast knowledge of accounting software like Tally ERP9, Tata Ex, Peachtree, Xero, Quickbooks, Wave Accounting. He holds years of experience in preparing and filing of online returns of Registrar of Companies, Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax.
Mr. Sukumar K is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India . He deals in Corporate Law matters, Company Law Matters , Audit and Assurances, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Project Funding and Sales Tax Assessments. He heads the branch office of the firm at Chennai.
